Inner Plastic

  • The inner plastic wraps and secures the charcoal, which is carefully stacked by hand at our facility. Let us know if you’d like to add silica gel or other moisture-absorbing desiccants inside each plastic layer.
  • Available Sizes: 1kg, 500g, 250g, or custom.
  • Variations: plain white translucent, black, single-color print, multi-color print, heat seal, manual seal.

Inner Box

  • This inner box contains the inner plastic and typically features the most intricate designs as it will be on display for retail customers. Let us know if you need barcodes or shrink wrap around the inner boxes.
  • Available Sizes: 1kg, 500g, 250g, or custom.
  • Variations: single wall (for 250g & 500g), duplex (for 1kg+), UV finish, matte finish, water-resistant finish, embossing, gold/silver stamping, hologram.

Master Box

  • The master box holds all the inner boxes, safeguarding your design from damage during container shipping. We also offer the option of shipping charcoal with only plastic packaging, without inner boxes, and can add box strapping for extra security.
  • Available Sizes: 20kg, 15kg, 10kg, or custom.
  • Variations: plain brown, black/white stamp, 3-color print, full-color print (4 sides), full-color print (entire box).
